Gorilla glue! I used it on busted up concrete water trough last fall and it made it through the winter with flying colors. I've got a couple more leakers I'm going to use it on. Only 100% water proof glue I have found that is flexible and actually binds material together rather than filling the hole. It does that pretty well too. It expands like spray foam. Good stuff.
