Is this your first time using this sprayer? Or have you been using it for a few years?

My brother and I have gone through all of this on a 95 Rogator 854 with Raven 460.

The thing that helped the most was putting the right spray tips on. It had tips on it that were too much flow for how slow we were going (rough ground). So we bought smaller tips for the rough fields and bigger for the flat fields.

Also closing both sparge valves (one on back boom tree and one by product pump) helped. When filling the tank we open them so we get agitation.

Had trouble with the lower limit (LL on screen)last year and lowered that number. Haven't had the problem yet.

My brother was spraying a rough pasture yesterday going down to 4 mph and it was holding 15 gpa. Sometimes when you turn on the ends and wait a while you still have to put the controller in manual and hit the increase switch to build pressure.
