you should be able to set a minimum spray volume with the raven. The reaven operator manual should tell you how to do this. Depending on how many gallons / acre you are applying you may need to partially close the the main ball valve on your product line just after your flow meter. If this valve is completely open you get a surge at the flow meter when sprayin the lower rates. At high volume rates the valve needs to be opened back up.
