Why do you need row cleaners if you do tillage? Also I would just run the cleaners at not a coulter. These leave a little gully on any slope.
Gen 2 i dont understand your post. The part about the coulter. As for "why do i need them" im not sure i do. Thats why i posted earlier about the value. Seems im the only guy in america without them regardless of tillage practices.
