I am 37 and 50lbs over weight. I need to make some changes to my life style if I am going to make it to 60. I eat like I am still 16. You gals and guys are pretty inspiring. What changes have you been making to loose weight? Doing any excersie or are you just cutting back a little on what you eat and making healthier choices?
