Rivers, MB | I would agree that its probably a bad ground because you've ruled out batteries and altenator. The transmission is supposed to kick into neutral if its getting less than a certain voltage (I think somewhere between 10-11). I've had it happen before when altenator had gone out on us and the lights were on and we didnt' notice that the batteries got drawn down. All of sudden the tractor (9370) stopped. also had it when fighting a bad grass fire and the altenator sucked in too much soot and quit on us. Kind of scary when you're a few feet from the flames and the tractor transmission kicks into neutral.
