Call your state trapper. Don't know if they will still put out M44 devices or not but IMO the M44 is the most effective predator control. A lot of red tape to go through nowdays both for state trappers or private individuals.
Neighbor who has sheep gets the local trapper who puts out snares and gets results that way.
