| Lasso isn't manufactured anymore, but an economical option is "Alachlor 4 EC" by Tenkoz company. Same product, different label. I used it at 2qt per acre plus Gangster for my conventionals. Only about $9 per acre for the alachlor retail. Only setback to alachlor is if used pre-emerge they should be sprayed within 3 days after planting.
I've had near perfect control of foxtail, crabgrass, etc with a 1qt rate to keep weeds at bay in RR beans. Lasso does have a helluva odor to it, but won't stain like the Prowl. | |
