I have a Wisconsin engine on a IH swather I bought for parts. The swather is pretty well stripped down now. The engine did run when parked. Seems it had some ignition issues and would quit once it warmed up a little.

There ought to be a lot of good usable water cooled engines out there from swathers for projects like this. Chrysler slant 6's and Ford 200 industrial engines were very popular in several makes. The IH swather I used had a 4cyl C-153 IH engine in it. Very good engine, same as 504 tractor.
