That's means he only has to work ~5 1/2 hours a day. Start at 7am and be done in time for lunch and get the rest of the day off, doesn't sound that bad to me. With livestock we work 7 days a week/ 52 weeks a year and average a little more than 5 hours a day :) Actually 5 hours would be a day off.
