Subject: If you have any chance to talk you elevator man into doing a HTA

Red River Valley
and roll I would hedge into the May and roll through to new crop as I beleive that we will build carry all the way to new crop.

If your really Interested in selling the Inversion I would go talk to your grain man and develop a plan on say 15% of you wheat and corn production.

I think that there is a chance that we build a $1.00 Inversion in July/ Dec. corn maybe even a very outside chance af 1.20 then sell the July and give yourself to $1.35 cents of inversion before you call it quits and roll to new crop.

The reason I would give it to $1.35 is that the old spread High last year was at $1.34 ( I think) but maybe went to $1.40 If the Inversion goes to those levels than I would guess that the carryout for 2012 will be changed and a lot lower than what USDA has figured now.

I an pure cash price basis I think selling 1/2 the wheat you have in the bin is not a bad Idea. now that I put it on paper it will rocket higher
