So. IL | Poured walls are usually sprayed with a waterproof coating that is 40-50 mills thick and stays flexable. It the wall cracks this will help keep it from leaking. If it does leek, then there is a epoxy they inject in the crack. I would never build a block basment after seeing what happens to them. They buckle and crack very easy. A good 10" thick wall is what im going with in 2 weeks on mine. | |
