northeastern Ohio | Mom has had a Troybilt pony since 1980. It was always easy to operate. Replaced the belts a couple times and the tines once. Never touched the engine (B&S).
When my wife and I married in 1994, we thought the Troy was too expensive so we bought a "Yardman" made by MTD for about half the price. It has been a decent machine, but not as easy to operate as the Troybilt. We have replaced the belt a couple times. Never touched the engine in it either, but it seems to use more fuel than mom's. | |
