Aaron, if you've already got the 'bug', I think you'll really appreciate Ancestry.com.  There is just soooooo much info right there at your fingertips, and one thing just keeps leading to another.  It is addictive!  :~)   There are lots of old pictures that people have linked to their trees that you can access to flesh out your own.  It's been a lot of fun for me, and our oldest son has a lot of interest in what I dig up as well.  Good luck, and enjoy!!
