that it has been an unusally warm winter, but the end of Feb. storms still seem a little early. The last time we had a winter such as this, did the severe storms start early? We haven't had any of the severe stuff here, but when we get big storms in March, it kind of sets a pattern that might last all summer. Has anybody else noticed this?
