30-60cc of pure nolvasan solution (the blue stuff the vets use to scrub their boots with) will kill the quarter if injected directly in said quarter....i would aim on the high side as it basically chemically burns the quarter and result in a little swelling and a ticked off cow if you have to mess with the quarter much after lol
