We went to brisket tags 22 years ago.  We do still lose one occassionally.   My biggest beef (no pun intended) with Boc Loc  brisket tags is they fade after 10 years.   You can still read them as a rule, but it's harder and you have to get closer.  I've never tried other brands of brisket tags but I'm tempted to because of the fading.
