I see that several cities called the Quad Cities (Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island) are all saving a lot of money because of the 8th mildest winter on record.  Hundreds of thousands of dollars actually, so .......... the question is what will they spend the money on now?  Where can they find some place to dump all that free money?  No use planning for next years winter or fixing the streets from 2010-2011 winter.

Nope, I think they should make another bike path or maybe another parking lot where nobody parks.
