I am happy with it. It is accurate to within a few degrees and is guaranteed to be so. Do you need the precise body temperature to 1/10th degree of a sick chicken running across the lawn at 30 feet? Then probably not what you need. Check for an relatively hot bearing, look for chronic drafts in a building during midwinter? It's good for that. Also it has a laser dot for aiming, the cats really like chasing it around. | |
