Kaukauna WI | mndairyfarmer, ha ha, very funny.....BTW the calves are still in the barn and are doing great right now. Won't get maybe 5 calves in all till April 1. We put them in hut at day 14. I know it's backwards but 60 yr old guy just doesn't want to train newbies outside in the weather. I had to feed them over the weekend and I wouldn't want to, either. It's just the way it is. We's gettin' too old for that rodeo. I had to train a bull calf that was born Friday and all he did was blow bubbles and butt the pail in my shin. That was bad enough, but to do that in the wind and cold and rain, no thanks!
