They are... Good ole sodium chloride does wonders. All I see is a 15 year old tractor and a 10 year old trailer that will need a lot of work before it goes back on the road.
Tractors of that vintage can easily be bought for 10 K in good working order. Trailer... probably 20K in good working order. I guess the question here is how much of a gamble does one want to take on this pair, knowing that it will need work...
