If that's a genuine 25K bid then I think it's about 20K too much...
Sitting 5 years loaded says to me... if you get it running the rings are still probably stuck. The brakes will be seized solid. The clutch will probably be stuck. The tires are probably shot. Who knows what condition the floor of the trailer will be in...
If it rolled into the yard on it's own power today 25K would be enough money, never mind what awaits someone on this prize.
