We have a 21 knife applicator on 30" spacings (52 1/2') and are wanting to apply 200# actual at maybe 7 MPH. We are using a Raven controller and a Continental heat exchanger. We have 1 1/4" plumbing from the tank with a full flow coupler. We typically pull single 1500 gallon tanks plumbed 1 1/4". We are thinking about adding another Continental heat exchanger and recombining the flow before the flow meter and servo valve. Can we achieve our objective? Will using two heat exchangers increase our capacity?

Only if the heat exchangers are the limiting factor, which I doubt they are. Are you seeing a pressure drop at the control valve? You're at ~35 gpm which is on the edge for 1 tank. We're running ~45 gpm pulling doubles with a dual Raven coolers/dual feed hoses with 60# tank pressures. If your restriction is getting the product out of the tank, another cooler won't help. Do you know what the pressure is at the manifold?
