Trench water lines down the outside of building and come into the middle? Installed before concrete?
We have some galvanized angle iron that's maybe 4x4 we got from a closing of a big box store that was part of their shelving we use for various things like what you're looking for. If you were to buy it new when you're building you probably wouldn't like the price. An idea though.............
