your 8430 will handle it good. as for monitors, if you aren't interested in running auto steer, adjusting pop on the fly, mapping fields, and tracking varieties you should just use the 350 with the manual drive. still go with ccs,and pro max units though. pneumatic down pressure is a plus too.
