I don't understand your comment ? The risk associated with unmarked under ground utilities is huge. Or miss-marked utilities or damaging something that comes back to haunt later or miss application of the tile.  .  .
This is what insureance is for  and knowing ahead of time what coverage a farmer/farm/business/LLC has is paramount. I want to understand and know what risk(s) I'm takeing and how my insurance can help, if something goes haywire . . . ..
If you are meaning something differently, pardon me . . . . .
