Have a old bank barn with a 25' wide shed added on. If I were to span across the 25' with 8"x8" oak timbers 30"OC and deck it to make aloft, how can I calculate the floor load? I really don't want to put posts under it like to keep it open for storage. Sorry if this sounds confusing just wanting to know if I can span 25' with 8x8's and have any usable storage above. Thanks
