I bought a Wick (not up yet), looked at and priced Morton, Cleary and lumber yard. Cleary was not quite as refined and a little higher. Morton was 50% higher and was lighter built, 2x4 girts instead of 2x6 and most of the bracing in the rafters was 2x4, Wick is 2x6. Lumber yard building may have been OK, was some cheaper but I was unsure of the builder and warranty.
