NE SD | Thanks for all the reply's. Today I went to dealer and got a new arm a new tire and a new disk. Put it all on and guess what, it might buy me 2 yrs of adjustment. It hardly changed any at all. The tires measured within 1/16th of inch from new to old and that is the only place there can be any wear. There is nothing else to check. The main row unit casting piece on this particular POS planter is made wrong and is too wide. Will be very hard to get a green planter again. I am hoping to get by grinding again this yr. I don't think I have a choice. We then took both wheels and arms off one row unit and are going to do some measurement tommorrow agains another planter.

JD 1770nt guage wheel tires will not tighten up to the disks and are out of adjustment
