Subject: crop-growing conditions

Would like to get farmers perspective on where we are at with crop conditions and growing conditions. If you respond please give your location and crops. In much of my area (east central Il) there is a lot of replant going on with both corn and soybeans. I haven't seen this much replant without flooding rains before. My Beck's dealer has gathered up all the stray seed he can find because of so many calls for replant. I've seen whole fields of corn replanted that never had water standing .The numbers here would be just the opposite of USDA - 30% corn good to excellent and maybe 40% beans good to excellent.
