Even though I do quite a bit of physical work, I started walking for 15 -20 minutes every morning before breakfast. I do some stretching and arm circles as I walk up and down some pretty good hills--been doing it for about 5 weeks now--lost a few pounds, feel stronger every day, and much more relaxed. I tried jogging but the knees said no.
