The answer is "it depends."

There are lots of factors which will come into play in how long an engine lasts, with power loading per liter being one of the less significant.

I would say that it is generally going to hold true that the lowest hp rating for a particular engine model will last longer then the highest hp rating for it, however when you get into comparing a smaller engine family to a larger one, there are too many variables to compare straight across...for instance, 3208 (636 cid), 3306 (638 cid), and 3176 (629 cid) are all essentially the same displacement at approximately 10 liters. All were available with a 300 hp rating. At that rating, the 3208 is stretched really thin, the 3306 is at one of it's higher ratings, and the 3176 is at about it's lowest rating....and longevity tends to follow that same trend.
