A couple of issues that I can see.

The first one is stability. The front axle adds some side to side stability. The tractor hitch will add none. Depending on your terrain and how far you travel, that may not matter much.

The other issue is hydraulic pressure. I think the pressure in our Omaha Standard hoist is over 3,000 psi. Our tractors do not have that much pressure. Hence, our tractors would not dump as much as the truck pump will do. That may or may not be a problem with your tractor and hoist.
