Just curious, would it be more cost effective to get permission from the municipality to just dig through the road and repair it? Most roads around here, unless they are major roads, are just seal coated or paved with a thin 2" mat. It would not cost much to fix the surface if that is the case. Just have to do a good job compacting the fill.
