Shaker bushings, right? Replace them when they start going out. If the rubber starts puking out, its time. One going out can be a fluke. 2 or 3 or 4 is a pattern. Also, absolutely replace the needle bearings and stub shaft (10hr grease) at the front end of the shaker. Even if you think it isn't worn.
