If you using fiberglass insulation don't use a vapor barrier, you want moisture to be able to rise up or so i'm told. I know in a house they say to not use vapor barrier in the ceiling. If you blow in insulation i'm told you should use a vapor barrier between the steel and the insulation but i have no idea how to get it up. I'm told the insulation has chemicals in it which could hurt the steel, right or wrong.
