Ironwood, MI Western most tip of U.P. | I purchased a good used Hardi Tr-1000 sprayer last fall. It works good, really like the variable rate feature to match speed. The foamer control has a dial from dry to wet. The dial works, but on dry, the foam is very liquid an as you might expect, hard to see. If the dial is turned to wet, its almost continous trickle of white water. I have the sprayer manual, but no manual for the foamer. Is this a Hardi Foamer? Is there and adjustment to get the whole system dryer? I cleaned the air filter on the compressor, thinking it was resticted and if there was more air, it would be dryer, but that didn't help. Happens on both sides, both cloth in the dispensers are felt like and in good condition. I use foam concentrate at label rates from Sprayer Specitialies.
While I realize the trend would be to get rid of this system and go to GPS, its simply not in the budget, I want to get a cab first.
