If the cruisers lights were not on, the older driver would be within their rights to think the oncoming car was running at or near the speedlimits. He was running well over two times the limit and the old folks would most likely completed their turn if the cruiser was running the speed limit. Not knowing the location of the switches, a person cant make a guess as to weather he bumped the lights off or not, but the witnesses said they were not on. Guess we may as well round up all the old people and execute them so they wont be in the way of you younguns. What age would you suggest we start at' 50, 60, 70, 80,???
