I was a pretty steady customer of a decent chiropractor, I think that is part of why I am here now, not the chiropractor himself, but instead of me letting my back heal and strengthen when I knocked it out, I would just go in, get adjusted, and get back to work.
For what its worth, the chiropractor thought I tore a ligement in my back and had a bulged disk, he tried to massage it in, but it made me feel worse
Anybody on here have advise for back surgery??
