East central Indiana | Yeah if you have SCN Iwouldnt put beans there either. Your first year is gonna be tough, Plan on Insecticide and Fungicide. I understamd why everyone says beans, Its a hell of a lot cheaper to put out an ac or beans VS. Corn... Its not gonna be a cheap year, but if its ground you are gonna wanna keep for a good while you will probably have to put in the extra work. Besides, like any new ground, its common to have to invest more money than ground youve had for a good while. Good Luck and keep us informed on what you do... | |
