20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | <p>i'll agree with everything you said minus the part about renting be less competative... i believe it will be more competitive. folks who are barely getting by when prices drop will be doing anything they can to pick up additional acres just to survive i think. plus if your area's average rent is 200 an acre then 150-100 an acre will feel like a steal<br /><br />Edit*<br /> I guess my question then is what happened in the 80's bust? did the big get bigger? did the guys waiting patiently swoop in and steal the show, or did they continue to just stand there with the hands in there pockets at farm sales?</p>
