I never have herd what you forward and reverse presures where. I still think you have a bad hydro. New two speed block, all of you motors checked out on the case drain test. Seems like a lot of money with no sulution yet. I know these sprayers are pia, but some simple and quick tests will give you a answer. Do the hydro test so you can rule it out or get it replaced. I have a 765 and there should be know way that you are loosing power this way. When you loose power does the engine RPM'S go down as well? If they are staying full R'S then it's then hydro is the place to look. I know you have replaced the oil so that is good. This is a shot in the dark, but the reason why you have power when cold is that the oil is easier to push and when warm and not as thick the plates inside the hydro can't keep up with your demand.
