| Have you checked all of the glove box fuses? It seems to me that there's a couple in there that will deaden an N14... Beyond that check wires over and over; particularly connections. I think more often than not the ECM gets blamed only to replace a 1500 dollar ecm and find out that it still won't run... and nobody admits that they made that boo boo.
Check and recheck the wires.
Could also be the fuel solenoid... Do you hear that click in when you turn the key on?
