Portland TN | 93 IH with a N14 will not start. No engine trouble lights, can’t read the codes , have power to the ecm, no power at the fuel solenoid, and will not start with a jumper wire to the fuel solenoid.
I am thinking that the ecm is toast, as it had a missing problem that went away then went to shutting down at random and now a no start condition.
Can the ecm be bench tested at the local Cummins or Navistar dealer or should I find a replacement ecm and take a chance it is bad? Any suggestions or advice?
