I don't worry about Paccar aluminum frames, I've has several for over 20 years working in the field loading potatos, pretty rough duty. Haven't had any problems. As far a corrosion between suspention and aluminum, you should be able to see it if it's bad at all, it will be a white gunk like a corroded battery post. If it doesnt look to bad unbolt the suspention and cleamup any thing you find and put a good thick coat of frame paint between them and rebolt. The only aluminum frame I ever had problems with was an old IH dump truck that was rough when we got it and we dropped a lot of bolders and rocks into it for many years before it cracked. Just my experience.
