Yeah, you could do it with most any tow-behind air cart.  For 30' I would think you would have the best luck using a 4 run setup.  Split each run for your planter and strip till and then have 4 towers with 12 hoses each for your 30' box drill.   We use dry fertilizer  and pull or have pulled carts for everything we do including in combination with NH3 application.  Savings and availability of 11-52-0 compared to 10-34-0 add up to some major dollars over time.

We've got a 180 bu cart I'd consider selling that would be just the right size for a 8 row setup.
