Please explain to her that land is now like a family heirloom antique. It should be protected and cherished. The two most scarce resources on this planet are arable land and fresh water. Wars will be fought over them. Keep the land at all cost as it will be a source of wealth forever. No other item on earth will provide an income stream for perpituity. Spend the income from it if she must but never sell the wealth. (land) imho
