Ravenna Ohio | I am in Ohio also. Have studied ORC and can't find anything that makes me think farm employees fall into the cdl exclusion catagories. Like most regs, they are so complicated i get different answers from different officers. Once got a ticket for improper signage on farm equipment. Wrote it out of truck oversize laws when ORC has a section for farm equipment. Took a judge looking through 2 law books himself to get that one tossed. | |
