In AR, without a CDL, you would be able to haul your employers grain as long as you didn't travel any more than 100 air miles from home and pretty much stayed in state. Our non-CDL drivers do cross into MS and TN from time to time and have never had any issues at the scale shacks or from the DOT. OH may be different.
