| Here in the midwest, elevators get full all the time, especially during harvest. Its just part of dealing with elevators. The solution is to build some storage. At least enough to keep you going until the elevator starts taking grain again. People in traditional wheat areas have a hard time understanding the concept of elevators turning over their inventory rather than just taking everything at harvest.
My guess is that the lawyer will make some money, but the farmer will still be in the same spot.
